Ingredients and Material

  1. 2 cups broccoli, steamed and finely chopped
  2. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  3. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 
  4. 2 eggs, beaten
  5. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  6. 1/3 cup chopped onion
  7. 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  8. Salt according to your taste
  9. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  10. 1-2 tablespoons oil (for frying)

Preparation Steps 

 Follow these steps one by one to make patties in an absolute way.

  1. Steam the broccoli for 5-7 minutes; after this, leave it to cool, then chop it.

  2. After this, take a large bowl, then mix chopped broccoli, cheese, eggs, paper, onion, garlic, and salt. Mix all the ingredients defined above with chopped broccoli.

  3. After mixing it perfectly, scoop the material about 2 tablespoons in the form of patties.

  4. Do this again with all the remaining material and formed patties.

  5. Then heat the oil in a pan on medium flame, start frying all the patties, fry it and change the sides until both sides get golden brown.

  6. Then, take it out on a plate before it is soaked with tissue paper so that it observes all the oil from it.
