  • 1 tablespoon ginger, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • Salt according to your choice

  • 1/3 teaspoon white pepper

  • 1 plate finely chopped vegetables like cabbage and carrots

Preparation steps

Dough preparation method.

  1. Take a bowl and add white flour and salt.

  2. Add water and start squeezing until the dough gets smooth.

  3. After this cover the dough with a plastic food wrapping sheet and leave for 2 hours.

Filling preparation steps

  1. Take a bowl and add beef (cooked), green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, chili sauce, oil, salt, and white pepper.

  2. Mix all these ingredients in a good way.

  3. Add chopped vegetables also and mix it again.

  4. Take the dough and divide it into small circle shapes.

  5. Then, on a flat plate, roll out these small doughs one by one.

  6. After that, fill the filling material with the help of a spoon at the center of each dough.

  7. Fold the dough after filling and pinch from the sides of the dough.to make a flat pie.

Frying method

  1. Take oil into a frying pan on the flame at medium.

  2. Put the meat pies in the oil at medium heat and start to fry them for 5 minutes.

  3. Fry it until both sides get colored golden brown.

  4. Then, take out these yummy meat pies on a platter.

Serving method 

Serve these pies on a platter with white sauce and ketchup.Decorate it with onion, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
