  • 1 cup black beans, washed and remove dust

  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, sealed, or chilled)

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin

  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder

  • Salt and pepper, according to your taste

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped

  • 1 lime, cut into small thin slices

  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, avocado slices

Preparation steps

 Follow these steps one by one to make poblanos in an absolute way.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the poblanos on the cooking sheet and heat them until they are charred and blistered.
